Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through RockMow are processed, dispatched and delivered.

RockMow is a trading name of Allett Limited. We supply Roborock robotic lawn mowers, accessories and related products to customers in the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Where products are in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will then prepare your order for dispatch and provide delivery information once your order is ready.

If there are any issues with your order, such as stock availability, delivery restrictions or missing information, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Some remote areas, islands or locations with limited courier access may require additional delivery time or may be subject to delivery restrictions. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Times

We mainly use DHL for deliveries.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered on the next working day, depending on the courier service, product size and delivery location.

Smaller items and accessories are usually dispatched by parcel courier.

Larger products, including robotic lawn mowers and bulky accessories, may be delivered using a specialist courier or pallet delivery service.

Estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on product pages are provided as a guide only. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

The cost of delivery may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Large Item Deliveries

Some RockMow products may be delivered as large or heavy items.

For large deliveries, please ensure that:

  • The delivery address is correct and accessible.
  • Someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • There is suitable access for a courier or delivery vehicle.
  • Any access restrictions are provided to us in advance.

Large item deliveries may be made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address. Couriers may not be able to move items through narrow entrances, stairs, gravel paths or restricted access areas.

Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a delivery card, attempt redelivery, or provide instructions for rearranging delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s redelivery instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed.

Damaged Deliveries

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the courier may require evidence of the damage.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Installation Services

Where installation or setup services are offered, these may be arranged separately from standard product delivery.

If installation is included or purchased with your order, we will contact you to confirm the next steps, availability and any requirements before installation takes place.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, road closures, strikes, supplier delays or other disruption.

If a delay occurs, we will aim to keep you informed where possible.
